At the grounding point V ≈ 0 by definition of the ground reference. P = VI. With V ≈ 0 at the injection node, P → 0. Coil impedance ~5×10^4 Ω against an earth impedance approaching zero at the frequencies proposed: a mismatch of ~4 orders. Nearly all energy returns to the transmitter on the reverse half-cycle. Measured field falls to background within ~30m of the electrode. CONCLUSION: not an engineering difficulty. A definitional one.
