Chain of custody

Transferred to a public port archive in 1994 as part of a defunct shipping association's records, catalogued under shipping, and shelved correctly. They have been publicly available for thirty-two years. Before this newspaper, they had been requested twice. Nothing about obtaining them was difficult, which is the most interesting fact in the story that cites them.
