Harriet Kwon-Massey spent six years inside a clearing house before she started writing about them, which is why her copy contains the settlement window and the collateral haircut and not the adjective. She has broken three stories by reading footnotes to annexes that no one else opened.

Work by Kwon-Massey
Thirty-four pages bought at auction as 'shooting-club papers' minute a nine-day meeting in 1910. One passage records a decision about vocabulary, and a remark about who would understand it. Two examiners match the hand; a third would not say.
The annual audit happens and is published. This is the other one — a full re-assay of every bar, scheduled eleven times and done twice. Two of the nine postponement memos are the same eleven words, twenty-two years apart.
