The Ranch Next Door Just Sold To A Nine-Day-Old Company
VERNAL, Utah — The grazing lease on 512 acres beside a well-known Uintah County property changed hands on 30 July.
The buyer is a Delaware limited liability company. It was incorporated on 21 July, nine days earlier.
Its registered agent is a commercial service and declined to name the beneficial owner, as it is entitled to. The consideration recorded with the county is $10 and other valuable consideration, which is a standard formula and means nothing on its own.
We report the transfer because it is on a public register and our correspondent checks that register every month. We do not know who is behind the entity and we are not going to speculate in a wire item.
